The example presentation below (and a number of other program links on this page too!) highlight onsite mental health service program implementation. Here, a mental health program services design and implementation effort, was facilitated by LaRose during a graduate internship while at the College of Social Work at Florida State University. The accompanying “Data Summary and Analysis of Clinical Social Work Program Implementation at The FAMU School of Nursing Gretna Wellness Center” covers the overall program and outcomes. The analysis along with this slide show (provided in the powerpoint online format and/or the youtube video recording powerpoint option) are provided for informational, educational and consultation purposes. Ideally, the best program implementation begins with a Memorandum of Understanding, increasingly improved with binding contracts. Flexibility and creativity are key.
The Powerpoint above is modified to a video version (then posted on Youtube) for those who prefer that format (and it covers more of the creative features of the slide show).
Powerpoint online, for those who prefer the MS version of presentations is shared below. Some of the MS features are limited depending on your browser.
Onsite counseling implementation services and program development services can be modeled after mulit-agency, multi-layered, multi-disciplinary, inter-disciplinary, public/private partnerships with paid and volunteer based programs.

Other program implementation ideas, tidbits and services have been successful in other regards as well. Program implementation has been successful in two rural school districts, and consultation services have been provided to a program in the Bahamas as well as an MOU initiating interest in such services from a university in Kenya, Africa. The US based programs have the most success, particularly in onsite school services for youth and training services for teachers and school districts. Additionally the rural health services model, serving adult populations who generally do not have access to low and no cost mental healthcare, as highlighted here, showed promising outcomes.
